These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the realtimefare website and booking services. By searching, booking, or otherwise using realtimefare, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
realtimefare is an online travel platform that lets you search real-time airfares and book flights operated by third-party airlines. realtimefare acts as a booking facilitator and authorised travel agent — it is not the operating carrier and does not itself operate any flight.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to make a booking. When booking for others, you confirm you are authorised to act on their behalf and to share their details with us.
3. Bookings and pricing
Fares are quoted based on your search and are live — they can change until a booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds and a booking reference (PNR) is issued. If a fare or seat becomes unavailable before confirmation, we will offer the current price or a full refund of any amount collected.
4. Airline terms prevail
Every booking is additionally subject to the operating airline's own conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage allowance, and schedule changes. Where the airline's terms conflict with a general statement on our site, the airline's terms govern that booking.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all traveller information (names exactly as per government ID/passport, dates of birth, and passport/visa details for international travel). Name or detail corrections after ticketing may attract airline charges or may not be possible. You are responsible for holding valid travel documents and meeting all entry/visa/health requirements.
6. Payments
Payments are collected through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. realtimefare does not store your full card details. realtimefare is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank or card issuer. The amount payable shown at checkout is the total for your booking, inclusive of applicable taxes and our service fee.
7. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation and date-change permissions and charges are set by the operating airline and the specific fare you booked. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, not to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings, and not to scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its security features.
9. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and software on realtimefare are owned by realtimefare or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
realtimefare acts as a facilitator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, realtimefare's total liability arising from a booking is limited to the service fee realtimefare charged for that booking. realtimefare is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or losses caused by the airline or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
